I have received several calls from unknown people so far; however, here I would to talk about an important one.

  • When and where it happened

I exactly remember I was strolling in a Public park in my hometown and I received a call from an unknown number. It happened around a year ago. The park is located in the city's heart where I go every evening to participate in physical exercises.

  • Who called you

A person named Ms Richa called me from the Xiaomi showroom since I updated my information and details online around two months from the day I received the call.

  • What he/she said

She explained and advised me to buy a laptop according to my needs since my old laptop was facing serious snags and hence, I opted for a request from the company when they offered any discount.

  • How you corresponded

I answered them clearly since the concerned person explained everything to me in an apple-pie manner. Moreover, I agreed to buy a laptop after this phone call and the next day I reached the store.

  • Explain how you felt about the experience.

The experience was ultimate since they explained to me and satisfied me.

Moreover, I inquired about specifications and she answered me and explained that this laptop consisted of an i7 processor with a 2 GB Nvidia Graphic card. She also explained this gadget had preloaded Windows 10 and that it would stay cool in case of high work.

I was on call for around one hour and the lady answered my every query with full enthusiasm and dedication. Therefore, the next day I visited the store and bought the laptop. And my overall experience was wonderful.
