In many parts of the world children and teenagers spend more and more of their time indoors. What do you think are the causes of this problem? What measures could be taken to solve it?

Children and teenagers prefer to spend maximum time indoors these days around the globe. I think academic pressure and the advent of technology are the significant reasons behind this. Thus, this essay will address the solutions to tackle this issue.

There are two principal reasons aggravating this scenario. The primary reason is schools and colleges pressure our students to be engrossed in academic skills more than physical activities since our educational scenario revolves around academic education more than pragmatic knowledge. Therefore, students keep studying around the clock at home and educational institutes. Their parents and teachers do not allow them to participate in more physical activities. Hence, students spend more time indoors.

Another factor is the advent of technology has plundered our students' cognitive abilities drastically because they dislike going outside to play in nature's lap. Gone are the days when learners loved to spend quality time with each other since they prefer using the Internet and playing online games in the contemporary era. Moreover, the Over-The-Top platforms have ruined their lives too. Hence, children and teenagers spend more time indoors.

We can follow a few optimistic aspects to get around this trouble. Initially, the school administration must include pragmatic subjects such as physical education and sports as mandatory to make students aware of the benefits of spending time outdoors. Undeniably, science and mathematics play a prominent role; however, we cannot overlook the essence of physical education. As a result, the school authorities must guide parents to motivate their offspring to spend time outdoors.

Additionally, parents have provided their wards with the Internet's unlimited access and cell phones, owing to which children love playing their favourite online games. Moreover, young adults like watching their favourite movies and web series during their leisure time. Such technological facilities have restricted them from going outdoors. Hence, parents must impose a ban to have unlimited access to the Internet so that their wards can participate in outdoor activities.

To conclude, the conventional schooling scenario and the arrival of modern technology have forbidden youngsters not to play outside, and we can suppress this issue by addressing the mentioned factors.

Part - 3 - All Cue Cards

Part 3 belongs to all new cue cards from September to December 2022. We have written the answers on our own except for one topic. Hence, we hold the copyright status of the answers written by us. 1.  Describe an object you find particularly beautiful (For example, a painting, sculpture, piece of jewellery/furniture, etc.). 1. Do   you   think   there   are   more   beautiful   things   now   than  in  the   past? In my opinion, traditional art and sculptures are much more captivating. I think in the past, it was easier for artists to find shoppers in the form of kings and nobles and they could focus on their art without any financial worries. However, today it is much harder to earn money as an artist. The art being made today also reflects that – it is done more as a hobby rather than as a profession and the works produced are far behind those of the past. Moreover, nowadays artists rely on machine work instead of handmade items.  2.   Do you think there are many scenic spots in India

Fast Food and Break Fast What do you have for breakfast? I prefer to have my favourite food items during the first meal of the day. Usually, I like wheat bread with freshly cooked vegetables like Okra, Turnip, beans and cauliflower. Along with this, I love to take a cup of tea. However, during weekends, my mother cooks stuffed bread for me, and amongst all these bread types, my favourite one is potato-filled bread with curd and homemade butter.  Do you eat fast food? Yes, I do, but once a fortnight, I prefer to have it. It is owing to the bad cholesterols present in junk food materials. In this category, I find cheese burst pizza, garlic bread and white sauce Italian pasta mouth-watering.  What are the different kinds of fast food in your country? Name them. India has an ocean of fast food materials. For instance, Chinese, Italian and American fast materials are the most popular ones in India. Moreover, we have traditional fast foods as well.  The first one is a savoury stuffed pastr
