Many individuals who have incredibly successful careers were not victorious during school studies since there is a massive difference between academic and practical studies. It is sheer passion and smart work that matter the most to succeed in life.
To start with, consistent study and perseverance play a vital role in gaining success in school life. A number of school-goers are triumphant in their academic studies since they have good memories and memorising power. They can remember a lot of things and lessons discussed in class. Moreover, such students prefer to do homework for long hours as this is one of the best ways to understand deeply. It is beneficial in enhancing their motor skills and cognitive behaviour as self-learning holds more water than other types. Thus, following this routine, students attain success in their life.
However, numerous students who have failed in school times are now legends in their fields. It is owing to their practical skills and other factors like innate talent and capability to learn life skills. In this era, we have great actors, athletes and singers and they failed their academic studies in schools. Hence, it is their dedication and thinking horizon through which they have grabbed this stage. I assert to be a good actor there is no need of getting good grades in school. Legendary singers like Mohammad Rafi and Lata Mangeskar achieved the pinnacle of success owing to their talent in musical art.
Furthermore, with the advent of the digital era, we have examples of great scientists around the globe who failed in almost all subjects; however, their willpower and strong determination provided them with a platform to attain immense successful careers. To cite an example, Thomas Alva Edison was thrown out of school owing to his poorest academic skills when he was nine; on the contrary, with his extraordinary practical power and scientific talents, he invented the light bulb. One more interesting thing about his life is that he failed 9999 times, and he said it was not a failure. And owing to this, he had found out 9999 ways through which one could not invent the bulb. As a result, we must have optimistic thinking and strong adherence through which one can get a successful career.
To conclude, after this discussion, I consider that schools cannot judge a candidate's future by going through academic studies as it is their maturity level and perception which are imperative to attain success.
