Life is a learning process and to polish ourselves, we should have to learn regularly. A number of words I’ve learned so far and now, I am going to talk about a typical one.
1. What this word is?
This word is “CRICOPHARYNGEAL SPASM” which is one of the most typical words that I’ve read so far.
2. Where did you read it for the first time?
I exactly remember the time when my IELTS trainer had given me notes of an IELTS essay based on some words physical troubles, and In that essay, for the first time, I encountered such words.
3. How do you find the meaning of the word?
• To get the meaning of this word, first of all, I searched over the internet but, I was helpless at that time since this word is associated with throat disorder and basically it can be considered a disease.
• Afterwards, I asked one of my friends about this word but, It was in vain. Therefore, in the end, I made a call to my teacher and asked him about this particular word. And, he replied to me it is a type of muscular spasm that occurs in the throat food pipe.
• Moreover, my teacher cleared this concept in an apple-pie manner since he asked me that he was also suffering from this trouble once upon a time.
4 . Why did you find it difficult to learn?
Because of plenty of reasons I found this word difficult. Firstly, this word was like an alien to me and till that moment I had never ever faced such a typical word. Secondly, this word was not given in the dictionary, when I searched it there. Thirdly, I was unable to go through its proper pronunciation owing to its extremely long length.
Because of its speciality in a disease. I found it difficult to learn; on the contrary, In the end, I was delighted, when my teacher explained this word to me in a Comprehensive manner.
