Business is an art, and doing business is not everyone's cup of coffee. A number of successful ventures I know about; however, now I am going to talk about my favourite one.
1. This business is associated with books and novels that I think are one of the most successful businesses.
2. Plenty of bookshops are there in my hometown Ferozepur, and with each passing day, new shops are being opened. This is because people especially youngsters are showing their interest in book reading.
3. This business has an excellent reputation because it is associated with education. Moreover, by reading books, one can enhance thinking horizon, and therefore, this business has positive outcomes.
4. As the name suggests, this business deals with the sale and purchase of books such as storybooks, novels, factbooks, and books based on happiness like IKIGAI.
5. I feel extremely happy when I think of this business owing to a set of reasons;
A. First of all, this is the best way of spreading knowledge since by providing books, we can instil more education amongst people.
B. Secondly, I really feel over the moon by making people aware of educational and interesting factors. Therefore, this business is the best method of teaching others.
C. Finally, I would like to say that Books are People's Best Friends and A Room Without a Book is Like Body Without a Soul. Thus, I really feel on cloud 9 when I think of this business.
Part - 3
- Which do you prefer the most: family businesses or non-family businesses?
My first preference is extending the family business since that shows the hard work of an elder in the family. For instance, the descendants of the richest millionaires always engage themselves in family businesses with an addition of a few other ventures. On the contrary, sometimes, owing to interest, descendants love to do businesses of their own choice.
- What is required to make a company successful?
I believe a plethora of aspects are there that should be taken into consideration for this;
- Firstly, a company should be highly focused along with a mission. Moreover, it also lets customers know what the company stands for and helps give them a personal connection.
- Secondly, a company should employ a great management team to manage everyday perspectives, and also believes in an old cliche, "Kingship Knows No Kinship".
- And, the most important is employee satisfaction along with the adaptation of novel technologies.
- What qualities do successful business people have?
A lot of dynamic qualities should a successful businessman has. To start with, almost every successful millionaire such as Mark Zuckerberg, Ratan Naval Tata, and Elon Musk prefers to get up early as the early bird catches the worm.
Moreover, they learn from their failures. For instance, China's richest person Jack Ma failed a number of times before starting Aliexpress. Furthermore, they should believe in continuous learning and updating themselves.
- Which emerging industries do you know about?
I have knowledge about some emerging industries that I would like to share here;
A. Firstly, Xiaomi, which is an electronic brand manufacturing mobile phones, Televisions, CCTV Cameras, and various household appliances. In the past decade, this company has played a considerable role in the market.
B. Secondly, I would like to fit the name of another unit that is none other than SpaceX by Elon Musk. This company has achieved the pinnacle of success in just a few years.
C. Last but not least, Flipkart, has become an e-commerce giant in the past decade.
